When Kyle Adam walked out on stage to receive his diploma for completing NAIT heavy equipment technician program, his father, Gary, was proud to be there to see it.The 56 year old Gary and 26 year old Kyle, who live near the hamlet of Looma in Leduc County have spent the last eight weeks in a classroom together. The four year program is composed of 80 per cent on the job training and 20 per cent classroom instruction.
