A federal grand jury has indicted an Ardmore man on a bank fraud charge and three others on drug charges. Attorney Shelton Sperling said Williamson Penn Little, 25, is charged with using his checking account at Landmark Bank as part of a scheme to obtain money he didn have. The indictment accuses Little of depositing checks of which no funds and credits existed, between November 2007, and March 2008, and then funds from his checking account, wire funds from his checking account and pay for items with funds from his checking account.
