“Burn Notice,” the popular adventure show currently airing on USA Networks, will feature a face familiar to some in Pasco County in an upcoming episode.Gary Hernandez, owner of Gary Hernandez Martial Arts in Zephyrhills, was in Miami this week serving as an extra in the program that features Jeffrey Donovan, Gabrielle Anwar, Bruce Campbell and Sharon Gless.Hernandez works for a company that supplied medical equipment for use in a “Burn Notice” episode, filmed at a Miami hospital.He said the company, Ardus Medical, asked him to go to the set of “Burn Notice,” “because they were using our IV pumps for the show.”We sell and rent and also fix them for hospitals all over the state. I go to Miami a few times a month to do repairs and pick up and drop off IV pumps. They were filming at a hospital in Miami called Miami Heart Institute, also known as Mount Sinai Second hospital.
